Terrible customer service, the part arrived incomplete (no drilled holes)! After sending feedback, I have heard nothing. I have been waiting two months for any response! The season is approaching and my motorbike is still broken. It's a waste of money, so stay away if you can. This shop is a joke.

Bonjour, je suis très déçu car le prestataire m'informe au coup par coup que des pièces ne seront pas disponibles, or au final, la moitié de ma commande avec les pièces majeures que j'attendais ne sont plus disponibles !! J'aurais souhaité plus de professionnalisme de la part du prestataire avec une recherche de solution appropriée et éventuellement qu'une recherche de pièces plus pertinente soit effectuée pour honorer ma commande globale car des pièces sont bien disponibles sur d'autres sites.

Ma commande à été partiellement annulé, une partie de mon embrayage n’est jamais parti du site constructeur, comment voulez-vous changer un embrayage sans toutes les pièces. Apres contact avec le service client personne ne m’a donné de solution, j’ai bien reçu la partie de ma commande mais je suis donc obligé de recommander 3 pauvres disques d’embrayage et de payer la livraison si je veux continuer a rouler sur ma moto. Aucune considération de A à Z.

the part was paid for in advance. the package disappeared. they refuse to answer. i don't recommend them to anyone. they take the money!!
